Silver Linings Ministries, Inc. exists to walk alongside individuals and families experiencing homelessness, helping them find hope, healing, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through compassionate, faith-centered support, we address both immediate needs and the deeper challenges that contribute to homelessness, creating a pathway toward lasting transformation. Our comprehensive restoration program in Lockport, New York, provides housing assistance, life-skills development, trauma-informed care, spiritual support, and job-readiness training, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity, independence, and hope for the future.
True restoration takes time. Our ministry meets our unhoused neighbors in their darkest moments of crisis and commits to walking with them for a full year. By matching immediate shelter with deep emotional healing, mental health alignment, and absolute personal accountability, we give individuals the time and resources they need to get back on their feet.

Molly Cox is a Co-Founder of the organization and is dedicated to creating compassionate, lasting solutions that address homelessness and restore hope within the community. A lifelong Girl Scout and former camp instructor, she spent years teaching wilderness survival, first aid, and outdoor leadership, equipping others with the confidence, resilience, and practical skills to overcome challenges.
As a single mother raising four children, Molly has experienced firsthand the resilience required to navigate adversity. Those experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the courage it takes not only to endure hardship, but to rebuild a life with dignity, hope, and purpose. It also strengthened her belief that lasting change begins with compassion, opportunity, and a community willing to stand beside one another.
Her goal is to help create pathways that empower individuals and families to move beyond crisis and toward lives marked by security, purpose, and connection. She is honored to help lead an organization committed to restoring hope, strengthening the community, and reminding every person served that they are seen, valued, and capable of extraordinary transformation.

Matthew 25:35-36
No one was created to live on the pavement. Every soul huddled in the cold, every mother wondering where her child will sleep tonight, and every young person fighting the isolation of the streets is a person made in the image of God. They don't just need a temporary handout, they need a community to walk them home.
At Silver Linings Ministries Inc., our volunteers are the hands and feet of Christ. When you join our mission, you aren't just filling a shift. You are restoring broken dignity. You are serving warm meals that build trust, helping a neighbor write a resume that opens doors, and offering the unconditional love someone needs to change the trajectory of their life forever.
The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few (Luke 10:2). Don’t just watch from the sidelines while our neighbors suffer in silence. Step into the gap with us. Tap 'Join Our Mission' right now to start volunteering, and become the silver lining someone is praying for today.

An emergency shelter mat only solves a crisis for a single night; a year of structured rehabilitation builds a foundation for a lifetime.
